Adventures by Salterra:

Offers guided rail-trail biking and birdwatching tours on South Caicos, featuring a five-mile loop that showcases scenic Highlands Bay and local wildlife such as flamingos and ospreys.

Activity & Excursion Restrictions

  • Guests should evaluate their physical fitness and medical history before participating. 
  • If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor for clearance before participating in any strenuous activities. 
  • Activities are not recommended for individuals with pre-existing neck, back, knee, shoulder injuries, cardiac conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, or other serious health concerns. 
  • The Participants understand that the Host’s vessels have limited medical facilities and that in the event of illness or injury, appropriate medical care must be summoned by radio, and so treatment may be significantly delayed until Participants can be transported to a proper medical facility. 
  • Most excursions require signing a waiver form.

What to Pack?

Ladies: 

  • Daytime Attire: Flowy sundresses, linen shorts, tank tops, or breezy rompers 
  • Swimwear: 2–3 swimsuits for beach and pool days 
  • Footwear: Sandals for the beach, casual sneakers, and dressy wedges or flats for evenings
  • Evening Attire: Chic resort wear—elegant maxi dress, jumpsuit, or a dressy blouse with tailored pants
  • Accessories: Minimal jewelry, beach tote, and clutch for evenings

NOTE: Each room at the Four Seasons contains a straw beach tote that you can borrow if you do not want to bring your own.

FAQ

  • Every participant and one accompanying guest will receive round-trip flights from their home city to South Turks & Caicos, luxury resort accommodations, participation in group and personal activities, travel coordination, and on-site support. There may be a few surprises too!
  • If you incur additional expenses such as luggage fees, or various travel costs during your travel, please refer to the OPSWAT Travel & Expense policy and claim them on your expense report.
  • If visa support is needed, OPSWAT will cover the costs. Either work directly with your local HR team, or expense your Visa charges through Navan as a travel expense.

If you cannot make it, you will be contacted about your compensation. You will also still receive your award.

Yes, you can bring a friend that is a guest – but they must be over 18 years old.

Yes, many will be traveling solo – and all of our activities are group activities, so you will never feel alone.

  • No, the trip and hotel accommodations only cover two people (you and your guest). If you are bringing a guest, your guest must be 18 years or older.
  • We are unable to accommodate any children, as this is an adult-only experience.

Yes, a credit card is needed for incidental charges.

Yes – breakfast for you and your guest is included during your stay. More details to come.

Yes, all OPSWAT-planned activities and excursions are included. We do ask you RSVP so we know how many people will be part of each excursion.

Anything outside (including any other meals, spa appointments, gifts, etc.) that are not part of the event schedule, will need to be covered personally by you.

Yes. Daily breakfast is provided as part of your resort reservation, and all OPSWAT‑sponsored events and meals are covered. Any food or beverages outside of those are your responsibility.
